Area Students Graduate From Stephen F. Austin State University

NACOGDOCHES – The following students also received degrees from Stephen F. Austin State University during December commencement exercises:

Bryn Brakefield of Crandall received a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics (College of Sciences and Mathematics), while a pair of Seagoville residents earned their college degrees.

Nicholas Ghormley received a Bachelor of Science in Hospitality Administration (James I. Perkins College of Education) and Christiana Waker received a Bachelor of Science, in Human Sciences (James I. Perkins College of Education).

Stephen F. Austin State University is a public university located in Nacogdoches, Texas, United States. Founded as a teachers’ college in 1923, the university was named after one of Texas’s founding fathers, Stephen F. Austin.
