Two Seagoville Men Arrested For Vandalizing Numerous Vehicles

SEAGOVILLE – Two local men were arrested recently for vandalizing numerous vehicles near Central Elementary School and the James Ray Henry football stadium.

Anthony Reyes-Flores, 18, and Sabino Ivan Leon, 17, were both charged with felony Criminal Mischief ($2,500-$30,000). Reyes-Flores charged with Evading Arrest or Detention with aVehicle and Resisting Arrest, Search or Transport.

On the night of Dec. 23rd, the Seagoville Police Department received several reports of vehicles being vandalized in the City with a pellet or air gun. While responding to this area, a Seagoville Police Officer was able to locate two suspects inthe act of vandalizing a vehicle.

The suspects attempted to flee from responding officers in a vehicle, which initiated a brief vehicle pursuit. While attempting to flee police the suspects crashed into a tree on High School Drive and were taken into custody by Seagoville Police.

Seagoville Police detectives have been able to identify and contact 32 victims so far, and if you had a vehicle that was damaged on this night you are urged to contact Detective Scott Koger at (972) 287-6816.

This case has been forwarded to the Dallas County District Attorney’s Office for prosecution. Victims will beable to request restitution through their office.
