Kaufman County Clean-up Set For May 4-5

KAUFMAN – The annual Kaufman County Clean-up will take place from 8 a.m. until 4:30 p.m. on May 4-5. The clean-up is sponsored by Kaufman County and is free to all Kaufman County residents.

Crandall residents can drop off items on Trunk Street (across from Spay Neuter Network) and should call (903) 498-4135 for more information. Trash and four tires (residential only) will be allowed at this location, as well as batteries, auto batteries and used oil.

Proof of residence (driver’s license or water bill) will be required at all locations. No cattle trailers or enclosed trailers allowed. The county will be available to assist you in unloading. No scrappers will be allowed and all metal belongs to Kaufman County, which is NOT responsible for damage to your vehicle when unloading.


Televisions, Computers, Microwaves, Barbed Wire, Bricks, Concrete, Rock, Roofing, Shingles, Brush, Latex Paint, Pesticide Containers, Hazardous Household Waste, Boats, Travel Trailers and Dead Animals (of any kind).
