Seagoville High students invited to free upcoming College Fair, ACT Boot Camps

DALLAS – Seagoville High School students are invited to register for and attend a free upcoming ACT Boot Camp and Districtwide College Fair.

The Districtwide College Fair and Historically Black Colleges & Universities Showcase is set for Sept. 19 from 5:30–8:30 p.m. at Ellis Davis Field House, 9191 Polk St. and nearby D.A. Hulcy STEAM Middle School. Hundreds of representatives from colleges near and far will be there to meet face-to-face and answer questions. Students should see their high school counselor to sign up for free admission and transportation.

Whether you want to stay close to home or are determined to venture across the country, this is your chance to meet dozens of college representatives face-to-face to get information about options after high school graduation. And, of course, you’ll want to learn about how to cover the costs for college. There, too, the fair has you covered. There will be lots of information about financial aid.

Dallas ISD high school students can attend an ACT Boot Camp taught by Princeton Review Teachers for free! The free boot camps are being held Sept. 15 and Sept. 22 at six high schools. There are only 35 spots at each location. Students can sign up here.
